Learning Disability Care Worker

The Role:
This role involves working with young adults and elderly individuals in a residential setting or supported living environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily tasks and activities, providing personalized care and support, and promoting independence and well-being. You will also work closely with the client to understand their needs and preferences, and develop a tailored support plan to meet their unique requirements.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience working with elderly/young adults and learning disabilities in the UK
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
* Willingness to work on a 24/7 rota, including shifts at night and weekends
* DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one
Estimated Salary: £13-£16 per hour
