Learning Disability Support Professional

Lifeways Specialist Support Services seeks a dedicated and compassionate Learning Disability Support Professional to join our team in Bedworth. As a key member of our residential support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, complex health needs, and autistic spectrum disorders.
Your role will involve assisting residents with daily duties, such as managing money, household chores, and preparing meals. You will also actively support residents in enjoying social activities, attending work and college, and staying safe while managing risks.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, paid induction training, regular refresher training, supervision, and employee recognition. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All applications will be subject to DBS checks and references. A full driving license is preferable.
