Support Worker Opportunity

We are looking for a Disability Support Staff member to join our team and provide support and companionship to an individual in their own home. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling the individual to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, meal preparation, and eating meals/drinks
  • Support with medication management and appointments
  • Aid with household chores and general homemaking
  • Encourage socialisation and participation in activities

The successful candidate will have a caring and empathetic approach, with good communication skills and the ability to work independently. A full driving license and car are desirable but not essential.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including paid training and opportunities for career development.
