Disability Support Liaison

As a Disability Support Liaison, you will play a vital role in this process, working closely with children teams, families, and external providers to coordinate placements and ensure that children's needs are met. You will also be responsible for developing connections with good providers, managing direct payments, and providing support and guidance to families and children.
