Social Support Liaison

Warwickshire County Council is seeking a highly motivated Social Support Liaison to join our team. As a Specialist Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality and responsive service to our residents.
Key responsibilities include providing accurate information and advice, signposting, and initial problem-solving at the first point of contact. You will be working as part of a team to support the most vulnerable residents and their families, providing a county-wide Adult Social Care service.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to evaluate situations to identify potential risks, and recognize when to seek advice. Your natural sense of curiosity will drive you to learn more about the diverse ways people can be supported to improve their lives.
You will be required to work independently to a high standard, using multiple systems simultaneously, including knowledge of Firmstep, Five9, and Microsoft applications. In addition, you will need to have the confidence to ask for help if needed, recognizing when appropriate support is required.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on 37 hours a week. This is a temporary to permanent role upon completion of a successful probationary period.
