Cambian Group Opportunity: We are the largest independent provider of care and education for children and young people. Our team is seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Team Manager to lead shifts, support staff development, and contribute to the well-being of our young residents.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residential care workers are up-to-date with mandatory learning, assisting with their individual development, and maintaining accurate records. You will also communicate with the on-site team, raise awareness about individual care plans, and provide support and care to the young people within our services.

The ideal candidate will have 12 months of experience working in a residential setting, a full UK driving license, and a desire to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £13.20 per hour, completely free on-shift meals and parking, and training and development plans to meet your individual needs.
