We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Home Lead to join our client's team in a 23-bedded children's residential home. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) and mild to moderate Learning Disabilities (LD).

The estimated salary for this position is £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering high-quality care and support services. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing staff performance, providing supervision, and ensuring access to training and development.
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the social, emotional, and educational needs of young people.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) and NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working in a residential setting with young people who display challenging behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
