About Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Children’s Home Lead Professional to manage and lead a brand new children’s home in Lancashire. As a seasoned Registered Manager, you will be responsible for creating a warm and loving environment for our young people.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold overall responsibility for the daily management of the Children’s Home.
  • Lead and direct the staff team to deliver high-quality person-centered childcare.
  • Ensure operational manning levels are maintained within the home.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive outcomes for children and young people.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning for staff.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Our Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential care setting.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Service or equivalent.
  • GCSE in Maths and English at Grade C or above.
  • Valid driving licence and ability to drive.
  • NVQ or Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Residential Children’s Services or equivalent.

Additional Details:

This role offers a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
