Children's Home Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential services team in a 3-bedded EBD children's home in Preston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting a positive, safe, and homely environment for all young people and staff within the home.
About the Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established care service in the North West, offering a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus benefits such as free training and development, pension contributions, and access to occupational health services.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 2-5 years' experience working with children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviours. A relevant qualification such as an NVQ Level 5 Children and Young People qualification is essential.

- Promote best practice and therapeutic parenting within your team.
- Ensure the home meets Ofsted regulations at all times.
