We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our 2-bed service in Preston, catering to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care and safeguarding for the children.

About the Role:

As a Registered Manager, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, developing care plans tailored to each child's needs, and collaborating with local authorities and families to achieve the best outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in line with Ofsted regulations.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting high-quality care and staff well-being.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum (£50,000 estimated).
