Home Care Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Care Director to lead our residential service in Preston, Lancashire.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Residential Service Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care home.
As a Care Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality care services to adults with autism and learning disabilities.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar service as a CQC Registered Manager or Deputy Manager, with a good understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures.
The salary for this position is up to £40,000 per annum, plus benefits including access to retail vouchers, cycle scheme, gym memberships, healthcare cash plan, and career development opportunities.
