Care Manager for Children's Home

SGS Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Academic Leader in one of their children’s homes. Located in Clayton-le-Woods, Preston, this position offers a competitive salary of £37,170 - £39,120 per annum (DOE), with an additional sleeps and on-call allowance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team and working closely with the Head of Care to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. In addition to their leadership role, they will also have the opportunity to pursue a fast-track Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care for Children.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is genuinely passionate about working with children and promoting their welfare. The ideal candidate will possess excellent behaviour management skills, knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements, and a valid driving license.
