Job Title: Residential Service Lead - Children and Young People

Location: Preston, North West England

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Job Description:

  • The Residential Service Lead will be responsible for promoting a positive, safe, and homely environment for children and young people within their care. They will lead their team in delivering best practice and therapeutic parenting, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and local safeguarding procedures.
  • The role involves working with the team to ensure referrals and applications are made as necessary, participating in training, supervisions, and annual reviews. The successful candidate will also be required to carry out on-call duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 2-5 years' experience as a Registered Manager or in a supervisory role, holding an NVQ Level 5 Children and Young People qualification or working towards it. Essential skills include driving a licence, flexibility, and ability to work across multiple services.
