Residential Services Director

About the Position:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Services Director to join our team in Lancashire. As a leader in children’s residential care, you will be responsible for managing and leading a new children’s home and ensuring that it provides a high-quality service to young people.
Your Key Accountabilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Children’s Home.
- Lead and motivate the staff team to deliver exceptional person-centered care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external agencies to provide holistic support to children and young people.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services provided.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning for staff.
Essential Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential care setting.
- Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Service or equivalent.
- GCSE in Maths and English at Grade C or above.
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive.
- NVQ or Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Residential Children’s Services or equivalent.
Additional Information:
This position comes with a salary range of £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
