Care and Education Team Lead in Residential Setting

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Lead to join our team at the Cambian Group, a leading provider of care and education services for children and young people.
Our organization has 21 homes across the Preston region, where we provide a nurturing environment for young people aged 8-18 with complex needs.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to lead shifts, support staff development, and work closely with our on-site teams to ensure exceptional care and education outcomes.
- As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for deputising for the Registered Manager, ensuring staff are up-to-date with mandatory training, and maintaining accurate records.
- You will also contribute to team meetings, facilitate good communication, and promote equal opportunities for all.
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our young people, helping them achieve their personal potential and succeed in their education or employment goals.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £13.20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a range of benefits including free meals, parking, and comprehensive training and development plans.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to hold a full UK driving licence, have a desire to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and have at least 12 months of experience working in a residential setting.
