Early Years Assistant

We Manage Jobs(WMJobs) is excited to offer a Childcare Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Assistant position, perfect for those passionate about early years education and childcare. This part-time role, working during term time, offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives.
Responsibilities- Foster a nurturing environment that promotes high-quality care and education for all children.
- Assist in providing support for children with additional needs, ensuring their requirements are met.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to tailor support for each child, addressing their individual needs.
- Help maintain a well-structured and stimulating nursery environment that encourages children's free play.
- Must hold a minimum Level 2 Qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
- Regularly participate in team meetings and training sessions.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work efficiently in a team setting, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
A successful application will require undergoing online checks, providing professional references, and undergoing a DBS enhanced clearance check.
