About this role:
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is passionate and committed to providing targeted support to children and families.
  • Supporting the Team Manager to ensure that all Early Help casework is allocated and overseeing the work of Strengthening Families Practitioners.
  • Attending and where necessary chairing reviews or other case planning meetings.

We are looking for someone with three years' direct experience of working within a child, young people or families setting where a caseload has been held. An NVQ level 3 or above in a Social Care, Education, Health, Youth & Community Service or Early Years qualification is required. Experience of delivering direct work with children and young people with a range of complex needs is essential.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
