As an Early Years Practitioner at Aspire People, you will be responsible for providing support to children with Special Educational Needs in a nursery setting.

The role involves working in the SEN hub, which caters to up to 12 children with various additional needs. You will work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure each child receives the right learning environment for success.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recognised Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Childcare/Early Years
  • Previous experience working with children with additional needs
  • Excellent knowledge of child development and the EYFS Curriculum
