Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing sales forecasts, identifying variances, and making informed decisions to minimize shortages and overstocks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyse sales forecasts at customer and product levels.
  2. Identify variances in actual demand vs planned demand and make informed changes to forecasts and supply chain plans.
  3. Plan stock inventory and place purchase orders with suppliers as necessary.
  4. Consult with logistics, suppliers, and shipping agents to ensure timely delivery of purchase orders.
  5. Support warehouse and sales teams in achieving 100% order fulfillment while minimizing overstocks.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in Excel, particularly with pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Proficiency in these skills is essential for this role.

What We Offer
CV Library offers a competitive salary of £33,000 - £34,000 per annum, free onsite parking, and a company pension scheme.
