About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our West Midlands team as a PBS Practitioner.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with Autism and learning disabilities.

The role involves developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans, providing practice leadership, and delivering training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for individuals with complex needs
  • Provide practice leadership and guidance to colleagues
  • Deliver training and development programs on Positive Behaviour Support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on individual progress
Requirements
  • Hold a formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support or a related field (e.g., BSc in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, MSc Applied Behaviour Analysis)
  • Have a proven track record of delivering Positive Behaviour Support training and workshops
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work as part of a team, leading and influencing others positively
  • Have a detailed understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles and legal frameworks relevant to the role
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
