Adult Care Worker

As a Senior Carer at HC One, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with our team to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Your key responsibilities will include leading a team of carers, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents. You will also be involved in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication under the guidance of the Registered Nurse and Care Manager.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £20,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
