We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a qualified Childcare Support Worker to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Qualification in Early Years Education and a strong passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children.

The successful applicant will be responsible for promoting a safe and nurturing environment, supporting the development of children's skills and abilities, and working collaboratively with other staff members to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent training and development opportunities. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young children, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote high-quality care and education for all children.
  • Support the management of the environment to facilitate children's freely chosen play.
  • Provide differentiated support for all children as and when required.
  • Hold a Level 2 Qualification - minimum.
  • Attend meetings and training as and when required.
