Early Years Educator for SEN Hub

Aspire People seeks an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join their team at the SEN hub in Darlaston. This role involves supporting children with complex learning difficulties and requires a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years, as well as experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of child development, be able to provide support to children with additional needs, and possess good communication skills. A good understanding of EYFS Curriculum, Safeguarding, and Welfare is also essential.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Aspire People offers dedicated consultant support, competitive rates of pay, holiday pay, safeguarding training, and a recommend a friend scheme.
