**Peer Mentor**:
**Full Time | 35 hours | Walsall**:
We are looking for a Peer Mentor support vulnerable adults who are experiencing rough sleeping or homelessness and are likely to have multiple and complex needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who has had experience personally to persue a career as a peer mentor and help others.

**More about you**

A Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role as you will be required to travel and work across all sites within the service delivery area.

**About the role**

As a Peer Mentor you will provide person centred, housing related support, information and advice to individuals with complex needs who will have been or are currently sleeping rough. You will work alongside Housing First Support Workers to assess the needs of service users and implement individual personalised support plans; your working days will vary depending on the needs of our service users.

**About Housing First**

Instead of providing homeless individuals with temporary or emergency accommodation and supporting them whilst they find a permanent home, the Housing First Model flips this around and aims to provide permanent accommodation first before creating an intensive personalised support plan to help individuals get back on their feet.
