Autism Learning Assistant Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:- Support the teacher in planning and delivering lessons to students with autism and additional learning needs.
- Work one-to-one with students to help them access the curriculum and achieve their academic potential.
- Assist with behaviour management and provide emotional support to students who may be experiencing difficulties.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and counsellors, to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,409 - £30,060 per annum, plus a SEN Allowance of £1,491 per annum, and a range of benefits, including Term Time only + 5 training days and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
