About the Job
Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils with ASD. As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement individualised learning plans for pupils with severe ASD.
Your daily duties will include:
- Working with pupils with ASD in a small group setting.
- Supporting and engaging pupils in learning activities.
- Creatng an inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all pupils.
Requirements
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent.
- Have experience managing challenging behaviour.
- Hold a valid DBS certificate.
