Role Description:

As an Inclusive Education Specialist at Aspire People, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs to reach their full potential. You will work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.

About the Job:

  • Support students with SEN in developing their cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
  • Contribute to lesson planning and delivery to ensure effective inclusion strategies are implemented.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to identify and address individual student needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external professionals to enhance student support.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with children with SEN in a primary school setting.
  • A degree in Special Educational Needs or a related field is desirable.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: £29,000 - £36,000 per annum.
