About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Support Worker to join our team at Aspire People. As a key member of our Pre-school room, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment for our young students.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver high-quality educational support to children, ensuring they meet their academic, social, and emotional goals.
* Collaborate with the classroom teacher to plan and implement lesson plans that cater to each child's unique learning style.
* Develop strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning community.
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents and the classroom teacher.
* Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in early years education.
* Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum.
