About the Role:
This graduate learning support assistant position is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience in a secondary school setting. Working closely with children with Autism and ADHD, you will provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to help them thrive in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Autism and ADHD
  • Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students with SEN
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to the SENCo and teachers
  • Help to manage classroom behaviour in a positive and constructive manner

Requirements:
  • Recent graduate (any discipline, but Psychology, Education, or related fields are advantageous)
  • A passion for supporting children with special educational needs
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience with SEN is desirable but not essential
