**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One, providing high-quality care to residents with dementia.

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:

As a Senior Carer at HC-One, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care that prioritises dignity, security, and independence for our residents. You will be responsible for planning and implementing care plans, leading a team of carers, and maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • S/NVQ 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Background in person-centred care planning
  • Knowledge of caring for people with dementia
