Personal Care Companion

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Personal Care Companion to assist our client with all aspects of day-to-day living. Our client is an active 37-year-old female who suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy (Type 2) and requires support with personal care, moving and handling, and household tasks.
The ideal candidate will be confident in driving an adapted car and possess a valid Full Manual Driving Licence. They should also be willing to work flexible hours to support our client's active lifestyle, which includes playing Powerchair Football once a week, working part-time, going on holidays, and participating in social activities.
While previous care experience is not necessary, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate plenty of care, compassion, and resilience. We provide full nurse-led training, so no prior qualifications are required.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Flexible hours to accommodate our client's needs
