Youth Care Services Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our youth care services team in a residential home setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to children and young people.
About the Role:
- To lead the delivery of youth care services in a residential home setting, ensuring that the needs of each child or young person are met in a safe and supportive environment.
- To work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individual care plans that meet the unique needs of each child or young person.
- To ensure that all aspects of care, including education, health, and wellbeing, are integrated and coordinated to achieve the best possible outcomes for each child or young person.
- To maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress and achievements of each child or young person.
About You:
- Proven experience in leading youth care services teams in a residential setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, children, and young people.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people, with a commitment to achieving excellent outcomes.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary between £55,000 and £70,000 per annum.
