Job Description:

Flourish Education is seeking a qualified Primary Teacher to fill the position of a Year 6 Class Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a creative and engaging manner. This role offers the potential for a permanent position from the following academic year.

The school is located in Darlaston, Wednesbury, making it easily accessible from surrounding areas such as Wolverhampton, Walsall, Cannock, and Staffordshire. Onsite car parking is available.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in a creative and engaging way.
  • Work collaboratively with the teacher assistant.
  • Safeguard all students.
  • Mark work according to the school's policy.
  • Attend meetings as necessary.

Requirements:
  • Experience in teaching either Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.
  • A strong commitment to the role.
  • A strong school reference from your recent employer/school placement.
