Mesty Croft Primary School is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic EYFS/KS1 Class Teacher to join our team. With a passion for inspiring all children to achieve their potential, this role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives.

Job Description

This position involves teaching and educating students in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1). The ideal candidate will have excellent classroom management skills, be able to create engaging lesson plans, and provide support to students who require it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach EYFS and KS1 classes to students aged 4-7 years old.
  • Plan and deliver lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Education or a related field.
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Experience of working with children aged 4-7 years old.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
