An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Investigation & Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients in the Learning Disability and Autism division that provides care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations and present findings, which may include presenting at tribunals, inquests, and external meetings.
  • Continually improve our understanding of care delivery issues to support individuals who use our services.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement improvements at Cumbria sites.
  • Ensure work practices and environments meet Health and Safety at Work Legislation requirements.
  • Maintain and promote the health, safety, and security of everyone at sites, including taking action when issues arise.
  • Encourage reflective practice and a culture of continuous improvement and openness.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to pick up on and consider nonverbal cues.
  • Strong administration skills with record-keeping and report-writing.
  • Balance empathy with fact-finding, asking probing questions, and confidence to challenge responses.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly define and present findings in a concise and factual manner.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to act assertively across various situations.

This role offers a competitive salary of £37,800 per annum, along with a range of benefits, including annual leave, wellbeing support, career development, and pension contributions.
