We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Quality Assurance Professional to join our teams at two learning disability services in the Cumbria area.

The successful candidate will work closely with service users who have been given a primary diagnosis of a learning disability, and/or autism, and complex mental health needs.

We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse or Allied Healthcare Professional to undertake investigations and present findings, which may include presenting your findings at tribunals, inquests and external meetings.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Maintaining and promoting the health, safety and security of everyone at sites
  • Encouraging reflective practice and a culture of continuous improvement and openness

Highly developed interpersonal skills, able to act assertively across a range of situations, are essential.

This permanent full-time role offers an excellent salary of £37,800 per annum, 33 days annual leave, wellbeing support and activities, career development and training, pension contribution, life assurance and enhanced maternity package.
