Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Peripatetic Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team as a Traveling Healthcare Professional. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will travel across your region to deliver high clinical standards and lead our teams to ensure that on each shift, at every location, all of our residents receive the highest quality care.

Main Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include making sure new residents are settling in, helping advance your team members' skills, and developing care plans that are tailored to our residents' physical and mental needs. You will have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for what you do.

About the Role

">

As a Traveling Healthcare Professional, you will work closely with our care home teams to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for leading by example, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and motivating our teams to deliver exceptional care.

In return for your dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package, including NMC registration paid every year, free training and development for all roles, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a range of retail discounts and savings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. You should also have a strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge, a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, and a successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments.
