Care Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Care Specialist to join our teams at two learning disability services in the Cumbria area.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with service users who have been given a primary diagnosis of a learning disability, and/or autism, and complex mental health needs.
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse or Allied Healthcare Professional to undertake investigations and present findings, which may include presenting your findings at tribunals, inquests and external meetings.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Continually improving our understanding of care delivery issues
- Identifying, evaluating and implementing improvements at Cumbria sites
- Maintaining and promoting the health, safety and security of everyone at sites
You will require strong analytical skills, able to clearly define and present findings in a concise and factual way.
A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential.
This permanent full-time role offers an excellent salary of £37,800 per annum, 33 days annual leave, wellbeing support and activities, career development and training, pension contribution, life assurance and enhanced maternity package.
