Alcedo Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Care Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional care to individuals in their own homes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and become part of a dynamic and supportive team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in home care, although this is not always necessary as we provide comprehensive training and support. A full valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential requirements for this role.
This position involves varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, on a rota basis. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality care packages within clients' own homes. The role may involve lone working and double-up calls, which will be discussed further at the interview stage.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and understanding. If you are passionate about providing outstanding care and making a positive impact on people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
