Compassionate Care Provider

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes? Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Workington. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to live longer, healthier, and happier lives in their own homes.
We offer a competitive salary of £13.50-£14.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn additional income through overtime opportunities or our refer a friend scheme. Our benefits package includes guaranteed hours, enhanced bank holiday rates, holiday pay, and access to our wellbeing support program.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing medications, cooking and preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks. However, your true impact lies in the companionship, reassurance, and joy you bring to the lives of those you care for.
We have a limited number of 24 hours per week permanent contracts available in this location, with every other weekend off for work-life balance. To be eligible for guaranteed hours, you must have good general availability, be a female driver with a car, and be willing to travel across our service area when required.
