As a top 20 homecare provider in the UK, Alcedo Care is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our clients. Our care teams are passionate about providing outstanding care and are now seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Workington and Carlisle.


Salary: £50 per hour PLUS Holiday Pay and Pension.

About the Role:

This role involves working closely with our Care Managers, Care Assessors & Care Coordinators to develop effective working relationships and maintain care skills at a current level. You will also be required to monitor care workers and evaluate their performance, highlighting areas that require development.

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, flexible, and possesses excellent communication skills. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake spot checks on care workers
  • Support our ambassadors
  • Complete competency checks
  • Conduct customer service reviews
  • Assist with business development
  • Supervise care services
  • Provide care in accordance with current best practices

Requirements:
  • 6 months care experience
  • At least a level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Hardworking and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fully qualified driver with a valid UK driving licence
