{"About the Role": "We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our team at Woodlands Park Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for running a busy section, cooking to a high standard, and helping to impart your knowledge to junior chefs.

Our ideal candidate will have current base knowledge and experience of the kitchen within a quality-driven hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment. They will be enthusiastic and willing to take on new responsibilities, adopting a flexible approach to assist in different areas of the kitchen as business and guest needs dictate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Run a busy section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard
* Cook to a high standard, using a range of techniques and ingredients to create delicious and visually appealing dishes
* Help to impart your knowledge to junior chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure they develop their skills and confidence
* Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
