Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse dietary needs and preferences of our residents, utilizing fresh ingredients and creative cooking techniques.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food preparation, presentation, and service, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in food preparation, cooking, and serving techniques, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Adhere to strict health and safety protocols, including COSHH and HACCP guidelines, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.
  • Cater to special events and seasonal activities, such as summer fetes, Christmas parties, and birthdays, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
