Senior Sales Account Manager Opportunity at Johnson Controls

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving connection growth into our Alarm Receiving Centre from the UK's independent security installers.

About the Role

This senior role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to develop relationships with executive level customers and engage them in understanding the value of our solutions/services provided. You will demonstrate energy, passion, and drive for success while showcasing the highest levels of professionalism internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive connection growth into our Alarm Receiving Centre from the UK's independent security installers.
  • Develop strong relationships with executive level customers and engage them in understanding the value of our solutions/services.
  • Demonstrate energy, passion, and drive for success while showcasing the highest levels of professionalism internally and externally.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in a field sales role, preferably B2B environment.
  • Preferable to have experience in 'solution sales' and demonstrating value in the sales process.
  • Temporary security solution knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
