We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Medical Secretary to join our team as a Full-Time Pathway Coordinator (Medical Secretary) at Royal Derby Hospital. This is an excellent chance to utilise your administration skills and contribute to delivering exceptional care to patients within Derbyshire and South East Staffordshire.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) and offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the existing Pathway Coordinators and team leaders in providing a quality and efficient service to Paediatric Consultants.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including consultants, nurses, and parents/patients
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and projects
