Medical Coordinator

- To provide administrative support to the Paediatric Consultants and their teams, ensuring a high-quality and efficient service.
- To type clinical correspondence, appointment schedules, and other documents as required.
- To manage diaries and calendars, ensuring that appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently.
- To deal with telephone queries from patients, parents, and healthcare professionals, escalating issues as necessary.
You will also be responsible for performing audio typing duties, and it is desirable that you have previous experience in this area.
Please note that interviews will include a typing test, so please ensure that you have sufficient typing skills before applying.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check as part of the recruitment process.
