Job Overview

As a Pathway Coordinator Professional, you will play a key role in providing administrative and secretarial support to Paediatric Consultants. Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to Paediatric Consultants
  • Typing clinical correspondence and preparing reports
  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
  • Dealing with telephone queries and escalating issues as necessary

Requirements
  • English language proficiency to O level/GCSE or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience working in an administrative role
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
