Clinical Lead in Paediatrics

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Paediatric Physiotherapist to lead our Neonatal Physiotherapy service at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with infants on neonatal units and possess a deep understanding of clinical assessment techniques, advanced handling skills, and Neurodevelopmental care.
This role requires a Clinician who can provide specialist advice and education to physiotherapy staff, MDT members, nursing staff, and other clinical specialities within the Trust. The successful applicant will work closely with nursing staff, medical teams, and other Allied Health Professionals to develop the therapy service.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Clinical Specialist for the Neonatal Physiotherapy Speciality within the Trust, coordinating service development and evaluation.
- Provide clinical leadership in the field of neonatal Physiotherapy across acute sites of the University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.
- Offer specialist advice and education to physiotherapy staff, MDT members, nursing staff, and other clinical specialities within the Trust.
