HR Change Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Change Management Specialist to join our team at Manchester Airport PLC.
About the RoleThis is a key position within our HR function, responsible for supporting the implementation of change management programmes across the organization. You will work closely with managers to provide guidance and support on employee relations, policy, and employment legislation.
As an HR Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting change management programmes by advising managers, taking notes, and ensuring the successful implementation of changes.
- Maintaining and creating project planning documentation and people-related activity linked to our Change People Assessments.
- Providing guidance to line managers on the implementation of change programmes and ensuring processes are adhered to in line with employment law.
- Supporting managers with generalist advice, policy support, employee relations, including case management.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of supporting people-related projects in a HR capacity, operating at an Advisor level.
- An employee relations knowledge, with some experience of managing ER cases.
- Previous experience of working with Trade Unions is highly desirable but not essential.
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
