Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to join our team at H9 HR & Professional Services in Manchester. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the organization, from day-to-day HR operations to strategic HR initiatives.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional with a passion for driving HR excellence to make a significant impact on our HR function. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

Main Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of HR are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • HR Projects: Lead and implement HR projects, such as process improvement initiatives, talent management programs, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Health and Safety: Contribute to the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Strategic HR: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • CIPD qualified (desirable).
